Since introduction of the VR Drive generation 2 in May 2011, we have continuously expanded its software and added new features and software modes.

Some of these highlights include:

• new angle mode "visual" for visual definition of rows
• new program assistant with improved workflow
• new "HDR mode" for unlimited bracketing for 32-bit HDRs
• new xml export feature in "Papywizard" standard for seamless integration into stitching software (AutoPano, PTGUI) - for accurate definition of image positions
• Possibility for program data export in Seitz format for back-up or sharing

We have the pleasure to announce that the FODIS team will present the FODIS panorama camera and FODIS Measure 3D software at India Geospatial Forum from 7 until 9 February 2012.

This FODIS presentation is organised by Stesalit of India.

The Roundshot VR Drive with HDR mode is the latest extension of our product range and embodies a very practical innovation for our customers. Thanks to direct camera control from the VR Drive 32-bit HDR images with unlimited bracketing steps are now possible. The DSLR bracketing limitation is therefore history.

Because of larger f-stop steps the 32-bit HDR image can be produced much more efficiently. The handling is very simple which is also a big benefit for the photographer. All in all, the Roundshot VR Drive HDR mode doubles productivity and simplifies the effort before, during and after image capture.
